Software
What software do you commonly use?
QuickBooks Online, Hubdoc, and ADP are our most-used bookkeeping software. QuickBooks Online will allow us to categorize income and expenses and pull financial reports. Hubdoc allows receipts to be entered to ensure transactions are categorized correctly. ADP is a popular payroll system that we’ve used for years.
What if I don't use the above-listed software, and/or I have other preferred software?
We allow other software in place of any other besides QuickBooks Online. We won’t be able to do your books without QuickBooks, but you can easily upload your transactions there. We are accommodating for other payroll systems and/or receipt upload systems if you choose to include those.

Work Time Frame
Bookkeeping
Categorizing transactions is generally done every other week. At that time, we will clear the transactions that have come in through the linked bank account.
Payroll
Payroll is generally done either weekly or biweekly. We are happy to continue the frequency that you currently have.
Financial Reports
Our goal is to have updated financial reports sent by the 15th each month for the previous month. This usually just includes a Balance Sheet and P&L, but we are happy to send any others you may need upon request.
